Returns & exchanges

Because each piece is made to order with your custom name and number, personalised items cannot be returned for change of mind. Please check the size chart and use the AI size finder before ordering.

If your piece arrives damaged, misprinted or in the wrong size, message us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number, and we'll reprint or replace it at no cost. Manufacturing defects are always on us.

Non-personalised items can be exchanged for a different size within 14 days, unworn and in original packaging.
